CORE APPROACH
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
CBT is a practical, goal-oriented approach that helps you identify and shift unhelpful thought patterns. By focusing on the connection between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, we work together to develop effective coping strategies for managing chronic pain and daily stress.
Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT)
ACT focuses on helping you live a meaningful life, even when pain or stress are present. Instead of fighting difficult feelings, ACT teaches skills to notice them and make space, allowing you to take committed steps toward what matters most to you.
Mindfulness
Mindfulness techniques have been shown to calm the nervous system, which can help with anxiety and pain management. Through guided exercises, you learn to notice sensations without judgment. For chronic pain, this can soften tension and create space to support calm and self-compassion.
SERVICES

Intake Appointment
An Intake Appointment is a comprehensive psychological interview designed to assess your unique strengths and needs. This allows us to develop a tailored approach that fosters growth and well-being. Intake appointments aim to create a supportive environment where you can explore your experiences and set meaningful goals.

Individual Therapy
Individual Therapy services include evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored for children, teens, and young adults facing chronic pain, medical conditions, and/or stress.
