During an intake appointment, we will discuss your concerns, medical/academic/social history, previous experiences with therapy, and goals. Intake appointments are primarily conducted with both caregivers and children present, with opportunities for one-on-one discussion as needed. This session helps us understand your needs and create a personalized treatment plan.
You can request an appointment using the "Request Consultation" button at the top of the homepage or by sending a message through the "Contact" section. Alternatively, you can call during business hours to book your session.
At this time, all appointments are conducted virtually via a secure, HIPAA-compliant software.
Yes, Dr. Woodward is PSYPACT certified, which allows her to provide virtual psychological services to patients residing in any state that is part of the PSYPACT agreement. This enables children, teens, and young adults living with chronic pain, medical conditions, or stress to access her specialized support remotely. Patients interested in virtual sessions should confirm that their state participates in PSYPACT and contact the office to discuss scheduling and any state-specific requirements.
Dr. Woodward is an out-of-network provider, which means she does not bill insurance companies directly. However, the office is committed to supporting clients with their insurance reimbursement process by providing detailed superbills upon request. These superbills include all necessary information to submit a claim to your insurance plan for possible reimbursement. We encourage you to contact the office directly to receive a superbill or to discuss any questions about insurance paperwork and reimbursement procedures.
